Support Service Quality
There are both positive and negative EssayHub reviews about their support’s work. We wanted to test their qualifications ourselves to see what is true. We contacted them on multiple occasions, during the day and night to see if it takes longer to get a reply.
To our surprise, there was a difference. In the night, it took us about 5-8 minutes to get a reply. During daytime, EssayHub support always replies within a few minutes. Before placing the order, we asked many questions such as ’what is the difference between an essay and a research paper?’ and ‘how many pages should a Sophomore research paper be?’ and the support agent was competent enough to answer them all.
After that, we contacted support once again to change the deadline for the order. We got a quick reply, yet we were demanded an additional payment. It’s quite understandable since they will probably need to pay the writer more for the urgency, but one day doesn’t make that much of a difference.
